Qingpu
EPZ held the consultative conference on draft contract
of 《Collective
Agreement》
Members of Qingpu EPZ Union arrangement team ,
representatives of staffs and some of the administrative
leaders had a meeting on 《collective
agreement》(draft
)、《pay
agreement》(draft)
and 《special
rights agreement for female staff 》（draft）during
9:00-11:30 on 23th.Augu,2006.
Li lian , the deputy chairman of the higher class
labor union committee was invited to attend the meeting
. On the meeting, combining the actual conditions
at the same of time, both sides hammered out the details
of the three contracts clause by clause .
They
finally came to an agreement after a full discussion and
consultation which takes the principle of “to further
protect the rights and interests of workers and
establish
‘friendly , stable and harmonious relationship
between employees and employers “ as the starting
point, the meeting also set “to work together to
promote common development” as the sprits .
This
proposal will be submitted to the meeting of the entire
staff on Augu. 28th.
